Ryan is the Lead Listing Agent and owner of The Anderson Group. He is first and foremost on a mission to help transform the lives and well being of homeowners in Colorado. He has helped thousands of happy homeowners and families throughout the country, but namely in Colorado since 2004. He has two amazing children and is married to an unbelievable wife. He enjoys supporting the Lacrosse community as a part time Lacrosse coach and proud Official Realtor for the Denver Outlaws professional Lacrosse team. He also loves volunteering as a grief support guide at Judi's House, (judishouse.org) which is a non-profit organization helping kids who are grieving the loss of a family member or loved one. Most of all he is on this Earth to help lives breathe easier through his service in running a world class real estate company and family, making sure that at least one person, per day, is felt like they matter and they are loved.

AnneMarie brings 25 years of Real Estate and Sales/Customer Service background. After working nine years in New York City with Fortune 500 companies, she learned a thing or two about operations management and company culture. She is a master communicator and a witty conversationalist. AnneMarie thoroughly enjoys the art of building systems and marketing strategies. She is a wizard with negotiating highly complicated scenarios, so that the complex becomes simple and clear. In addition to functioning as the co-owner of the Anderson Group, she helps raise their two children, Ginger and Grant. She loves to write, travel and spend time with family. Without her insight, vision and stewardship the Anderson Group would be up the creek without a paddle!

Catherine is The Anderson Group’s Care Coordinator. She makes our client’s experience world class by providing constant communication between the client and our team as well as the parties on the other side of the transaction. She is our concierge that you may find in the best hotels around the world by providing above and beyond service to our clients and team so that we run smoothly and with transparency. Catherine brings spirit of energy and compassion to everyone she interacts with.

Catherine brings a breath of fresh air to and normally stressful situation, she makes things feel easy and taken care of. We don’t have to worry because we know Catherine’s on top of it.

After her graduation from the University of Kansas, Lacy Haller Perrin moved to Denver in 2002 and received her Real Estate License in 2003. She fell in love with the business and has been an active member of the Real Estate industry ever since. Lacy began her Real Estate career as an Agent and soon realized her passion and talents are in the Transaction Management side of the business. Lacy brings an extensive knowledge of contracts, disclosures and the full spectrum of Real Estate related documents to each transaction. She handles the transaction from contract to close and coordinates details between the Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Appraisers, and, most importantly, our Clients. Her exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through skills lend themselves well to her role as a Transaction Manager and to ensure smooth and successful closings. She has owned Complete TC, an independent transaction management company since 2011.

Ellie spends most of her free time at the gym, or on the road training for the next half marathon.”

DIANE SANDERS

Operations Manager

Diane is truly a magnificent person with over 23 years of Real Estate experience under her belt.  Once you are "Under Contract", she is in charge of making sure your home selling experience with The Anderson Group is outstanding, by adhering to the Anderson Group systems checklists.  In other words, she is the glue that holds all the dates and deadlines together in a transaction. Diane holds herself to the highest standard of excellence.  She believes in becoming better and better each day and in each transaction.  She has been married for 35 years and is a proud mother and grandmother.   Many clients of the Anderson Group have gone out of their way to send Diane special thank you letters and gifts for her "Above and Beyond" acts of service. She doesn't do it for the praise, but rather for the satisfaction of seeing our clients happy and protected.  She is committed to giving you her very best!

Debbie LeBauer grew up in Los Angeles, moved to Colorado in 1987 for college. Cristi has 9 years experience in the Real Estate industry, ranging from being a Realtor to working at the Denver MLS as a product trainer.   Cristi brings a ray of light and joy to anyone she meets!  Her happy energy is contagious!  She believes that each day deserves her best attitude, fierce focus and never ending commitment to moving projects forward!  Cristi is a proud mother of two girls.  When she is not helping the Anderson Group prepare new houses to hit the market, coordinate new marketing initiatives or making sure a client has a "WOW!!" experience, you can find her baking cookies, reading books, enjoying a good glass of wine, watching her teenage daughter perform in marching band or visiting her older daughter in college.   She brings you her devotion to loving people and unwavering compassion for meeting your needs.  Cristi will truly make your day easier and brighter!
